As with most things, you get out what you put in. While you're welcome to browse the HubSpot certifications and work on those, at the minimum, you should have thought about and discussed the following with your team:
- What are your goals with your sales and marketing for the next 12 months?
- What are you hoping to get out of the onboarding and your use of HubSpot?
- What's working well at the moment, and what's not?
- If there are three things you'd like to get done during the onboarding, what would that be?
It's also recommended to block off time in your calendar for HubSpot-related work during the onboarding (ideally 3-5 hours per week).
