Can I upgrade/downgrade at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade straight from the portal and will take effect instantly if it's an upgrade, and from the next billing cycle if you want to cancel or downgrade. 

If you want to upgrade faster you are welcome to connect with us using the chat or through support@hubex.io. Note that only account administrators can request this change.
